 Coaching Options

Whether it is 1:1 or small group, our coaching will keep you engaged, focused and challenged! 1:1 coaching option will be hourly and based on coach availability. Small group options will feature circuit exercises, drills and a competitive atmosphere

Group classes

Both A.P.E and Gut Check classes will challenge and engage you in a way unlike any other! A.P.E will focus entirely on functional fitness and athletics, Gut Check will incorporate firearms marksmanship with functional fitness


Coming Soon- Competitions

Athletes can expect to compete in 5-6 events focused on testing strength, cardio and pistol marksmanship. Limited spots available, more information on Services Page

What is A.P.E Coaching

Athletic Performance & Endurance training built for real-world strength, conditioning, and resilience.

A.P.E. classes are for motivated beginners, experienced athletes, and anyone who wants challenging training with a purpose. You do not need to be elite to start — you just need to be ready to work.


Group Fitness Classes

Group classes are built around circuit-based training, intensity is under your control! All our workouts are focused on athletic strength and endurance, biomechanics and cardio exercise. Offering hour long as well as three-hour sessions, get your friends together and join the troop!

What are tactical athletics?

Tactical athletics focuses on functional fitness, cardio strength and the ability to be accurate while your heart rate is up, breathing heavy and body is exhausted! This is designed to challenge you with exercises while wearing a weighted vest and completing tasks in each prescribed event stage

Who can compete?

If you are medically cleared for physical activity, you can join our fitness classes.

Tactical Athletics classes/events will require 21+ with valid permits


How do I register for classes?

You can register for classes by reaching out via email at info@apextacticalfitness.com or selecting a product from our events page! When selecting a date please double check our upcoming classes and choose that open date!

What do I need to bring?

For our functional fitness classes, come to the site with good sneakers, comfortable workout gear, if you feel strong bring your weight vest and maybe a pair of gloves! Don't forget hydration and sunscreen!
